Mawhiba Announces the Results of 52 Thousand Students in Mawhiba Multiple Cognitive Aptitude Test (MMCAT)

Distributed on Local and International Qualitative Programs to Sponsor Them in the Scientific and Technical Fields

​​King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity "Mawhiba" announced yesterday the results of 52 thousand students who applied for " Mawhiba Multiple Cognitive Aptitude Test (MMCAT) by the National Program for Gifted Students Identification, organized by "Mawhiba" in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and which is held in its new computerized version at the headquarters of The National Assessment “Qiyas” for the tenth consecutive year.

​​An official statement issued by the King Abdulaziz and his Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity "Mawhiba", explained that despite the difficult circumstances the world is going through today, employees of "Mawhiba" continued to work remotely at a high rate; to complete all tasks and procedures related to examining the results and announcing them on the specified date the Foundation has committed to since its announcement.​

​​ The King Abdulaziz and his Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity "Mawhiba" extends warm congratulations to all qualified students and their parents, and states that active participation in the national program for gifted identification confirms the vitality of society with its various institutions that support giftedness and creativity, where the specialized team of "Mawhiba" is currently working - remotely - to ensure that those accepted are distributed to available programs and services provided by “Mawhiba" and to share the results with primary sponsor partners; The Ministry of Education and the organizations that support the gifted.​

"Mawhiba" is also looking forward to the active participation of society’s organizations to support giftedness sponsorship programs to create a nation and future leader.​

 The statement added, "The number of students qualified for Mawhiba’s multiple programs has reached more than 17 thousand students. The results of the students were announced yesterday afternoon - Tuesday - on Mawhiba’s website where students who are qualified for national and international Mawiba's programs will be distributed according to the criteria and requirements of each program. Moreover, all students can participate in the annual competitions organized by the King Abdulaziz and his Companion Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity: (Mawhoob, Kangaroo Mawhiba, Bebras Mawhiba, and The National Olympiad for Scientific Creativity (Ibdaa). In the future, students will be able to take the test in the next levels.  


 The statement stressed that "more than 52 thousand students across the Kingdom from the third grade to the first secondary grade have applied for Mawhiba Multiple Cognitive Aptitude Test (MMCAT)in its new computerized version in both Arabic and English.

 The statement added that Mawhiba Multiple Cognitive Aptitude Test (MMCAT)consists of four main axes: Scientific and mechanical reasoning, mathematical and spatial reasoning, linguistic reasoning and reading comprehension, and mental flexibility. Besides, a suitable trip is built for the student according to his results, through which strengths are enhanced, employed, and enabled, and weaknesses are focused on for development.​

 It is noteworthy that the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity  "Mawhiba" are considered one of the most prominent agencies working in the field of giftedness and its sponsorship in the world, and it receives attention and support from the position of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz - may Allah protects him - and his Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman – may Allah protects him- emanating from their belief in the importance of sponsoring giftedness and creativity.  ​

 The Foundation seeks to contribute to building a national system for giftedness and creativity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where "Mawhiba" has developed the strategic plan to sponsor giftedness and creativity and support innovation, by providing qualitative programs in scientific and technical fields under the direct supervision of "Mawhiba" in local and international distinguished scientific and research universities and institutions, guided by international expertise and the contribution of international and local experts, to contribute effectively to achieve the goals of the Kingdom's 2030 vision.


Through the outstanding programs of Mawhiba, students were able to achieve 397 medals and awards in international scientific competitions. They also developed more than 16 thousand ideas and received 15 patents, and more than 1,000 students were accepted in the top 50 prestigious international universities, in qualitative disciplines compatible with the needs of national development plans.​
