Mawhiba shows the success of its research programs at the European Council for High Ability Conference of 2022 in Netherlands

King Abdulaziz & His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity “Mawhiba" showed its successful experience in research programs at the 18th Conference of European Council for High Ability, that has been held in The Hague city, Netherlands, during the period from August 31 to September 3, 2022. 

The Director General of Center of Excellence, Dr. Khaled Al Shareef, participated with a scientific paper entitled “Improvement of Mawhiba Research Programs.. A Meta-Analysis of Future Executive Recommendations". He reviewed it on the first day of the Conference's Scientific Program.  

The paper included the mechanism used by “Mawhiba" to raise the quality of student research, and how this enabled it to win 22 major awards at ISEF, and one of its students to win the award for the world's best researcher.  

Dr. Khaled Al Shareef reviewed the efforts of “Mawhiba" in sponsoring the gifted people, and its methodology in providing research programs, compared to international programs and providing recommendations in the field of sponsorship development, in the research field of gifted students. 

The Conference witnessed the participation of an elite group of specialists in the field of gifted people sponsorship from America, Europe and Africa with scientific papers, workshops and lectures on several axes, including: Creative educational practices, gifted people development support and self-development, in addition to linking research and practice to useful methods, and confirming the involvement of all learners, hearing the student's voice and creating new traditions, in order to invest gifts across the lifespan. 

The European Council for High Ability Conference of 2022 aimed to create exceptional communication opportunities for teachers, researchers, psychologists and parents and to enhance the exchange of information among those interested in this field, as it has been attended by more than 800 people of 15 countries. 

On the conference's margins, three of Mawhiba Foundation students, namely: Abdulrahman Al Fuhaid, Rafeef Hawbani and Haneen Al Tamar, participated in the European Youth Summit, and exchanged ideas, experiences and culture with a group of participants from all over the world. The student Al Fuhaid spoke about Mawhiba Academic Enrichment Program. Rafeef Hawbani discussed Mawhiba Academic Enrichment Program, Mawhiba Universal Enrichment Program, Mawhiba Classes, Basic Training and Mawhiba English Language Qualifying Program. While Haneen Al Tamar discussed Mawhoob Competition, Basic Training, Winter Camp, Spring Camp and Mawhiba Academic Enrichment Program.  

The aforementioned persons also participated in the opening ceremony of European Council for High Ability Conference of 2022.
