Mawhiba Classes” is a program implemented in cooperation with the most important educational and teaching expertise from governmentpublic and private schools that are selected according to distinguished standards and specifications in terms of infrastructure, teaching methods, assessment methods, learning methods, teacher qualification and training, to provide gifted students in the educational stages from the fourth grade of primary school to the third grade of secondary schoolgrades 4 through 12 with additional advanced curricula that are internationally accredited, in addition to the curricula approved by the Ministry of Education.

Yes, students’ performance is evaluated twice during the year:

First Evaluation: Teachers assess students within three frameworks. In this evaluation, students' performance is measured independently in each framework according to the following:

First: Referenced (Criterion-Referenced): The student's performance is evaluated based on how well they have achieved the objectives specified for the subject.

Second: Norm-Referenced: The student's performance is evaluated in comparison to the performance of their classmates.

Third: Growth-Referenced: The student's current performance is compared with their previous performance. Each framework is divided into four levels of performance, ranked by the best performance from 1 to 4.

Second Evaluation: The second evaluation: (the annualAnnual Mawhiba test)Test is held at the school under the supervision of a Mawhiba team, and  is implemented at the end of the academic year, with the aim of ensuring. Its purpose is to ensure that students have benefited from the program. ItsThe scores from this test are not included in the students’students' overall achievement, but. However, if students’ poor performancestudents continue to perform poorly on this test continues for two consecutive years, they may be excluded from the program. 

The program is implemented using the same method used in public education, in accordance with the decisions of the Ministry of Education.

Interactive e-books via (Semanor platform),are available through the SEMANOOR Platform, and the studentstudents can view themaccess and download a copy of them through hisvia their account on the Mawhiba e-learning platform.

All gifted students are placed in a dedicated class, supplemented by distinguished students from the school’s existing student body. 

The fees depend on the type of scholarship the student receives. There are two types of scholarships:

• Full Scholarships: Free scholarships for a duration of three years are offered to students in Grade 7 and Grade 10 at select partnership schools. Admission preference is given based on the student's score on the Mawhiba Multiple Cognitive Aptitude Test (MMCAT).

• Knowledge (Ma'arifah) Support Scholarship: This is a partially funded scholarship that provides discounts of up to 50%, for all grades, levels at approved partner schools. The remaining tuition fees, not covered by the scholarship, must be paid directly by the parent to the school where the student is enrolled.

Mawhiba offers financial support to students enrolled in the Social Security Program, based on its approved procedures. This support amount is determined at a later stage and is not considered a substitute for the registration fees.

Gifted students are selected through the National Program for Gifted Identification, an independent student selection project in partnership with the National Center for Assessment (Qiyas), which implements tests to identify gifted students.

The results of the Mawhiba Multiple Cognitive Aptitude Test (MMCAT) are announced at a later stage, and students are notified via SMS. The announcement process takes a minimum of one month, during which the test is reviewed by Qiyas, sorted, and assessed based on established criteria to ensure the fair selection of qualified students, in alignment with the programs available to them. This process is conducted under the supervision of the National Program for Gifted Identification. Once students receive the SMS notification, they can access their results on the “Project Page” by entering their Civil Registry (C.R.) number.

After the results of the Mawhiba Multiple Cognitive Aptitude Test (MMCAT) are announced, students who meet the qualification criteria for the Mawhiba Classes Program are nominated through the electronic distribution system. They can then choose their preferred schools from the group of partner schools. 

3. The student must be enrolled in the academic year and belong to the target category.
4. The student must reside in the city where the program is conducted, and their previous school must be in one of the cities where the program is implemented, according to the approved list of cities and grades.

8. Failure to complete the registration procedures at the designated school within the period from 13/04/2025 to 24/04/2025 will result in the automatic cancellation of the application, and the seat will be offered to the next student on the waiting list. 
9. Failure to respond to communication from the school coordinator within the specified period above will result in automatic disqualification, and the seat will be allocated to the next student on the waiting list.

Yes, the grade shown in the system is the student’s current grade. However, the student will begin the program at the next grade level at the start of the new academic year.

Students are required to re-register when advancing to a higher level. However, if they are transferring between classes within the same level, re-registration is not necessary, and they will be automatically continued.

No, the guardian is responsible for ensuring that the student is not registered in both programs simultaneously. If this is discovered, Mawhiba reserves the right to cancel the student’s registration in either of the partnership programs.

Yes, the student has the right to withdraw from the program if he wishes to do sothey wish, provided that he coordinatesthey coordinate financial matters with the school and fills out, complete the withdrawal form, and explains hisexplain their reasons throughto the talentMawhiba coordinator at the school. After thatwithdrawal, the student doeswill not have the rightoption to request to return torejoin the program. 

Yes, the student has the right to request a transfer from one school to another according to the following procedures: 

- If the transfer request is internal Internal Transfer (within the same city, the): The transfer request is submitted through the TalentMawhiba Coordinator at the student’s current school. The coordinator, in turn, submits then forwards the request to Talent to be studied.Mawhiba for review. If there is a possibility in terms ofavailable capacity, the transfer is completed, and the student is informed of this in ordernotified to transfer histheir file to the requirednew school.

- In the event that the transfer request is external External Transfer (between partnership schools in different partnership cities, the): The transfer request is submitted through a talent coordinator inthe Mawhiba Coordinator at the student’s current school, providedalong with documents proving that the family’s residencefamily has moved to the city to whichwhere the transfer is being requested. If the documents are correctverified and there is a possibility of transfer in terms ofavailable capacity inat the new school to which the transfer is requested, the transfer is completed, and the student is notified of this in order to transfer histheir file. 

 Yes, the student has the right to freeze the scholarship for one year only if the guardian travels outside the country for work, study, or treatment and the student accompanies them. The deferment request must be submitted through the school coordinator, along with the required documents that prove the reason for travel.

• A number of selected schools in the cities covered by the program. (The guardian will be provided with the namesa list of these schools in the event that his or her son or daughterif their child is selected).

No application for the program was rejected. However, due to the high volume of applicants and the limited number of available seats, your child has been placed on the waiting list. If a spot becomes available, you will be contacted during the upcoming period.

Admission is granted to students with the highest scores on the Mawhiba Multiple Cognitive Aptitude Test (MMCAT) and is limited to those officially registered through the system.

If all siblings pass the MMCAT, their placement in a particular school will depend on each one’s individual score, as priority is given to students with the highest scores. However, any student who does not pass the test will not be accepted, even if their sibling is among those admitted to the Mawhiba Classes.

Registration is only open to students in the current academic year, as specified in the program’s admission requirements. Mawhiba does not reject any registration requests; however, due to the high volume of applicants and the limited number of available seats, your child has been placed on the waiting list. The student may be residing in a city that is not targeted for registration.

No, applications will not be accepted after the registration deadline, as announced on the official website and other platforms.

 No, moving between cities does not prevent a student from being accepted into the program. The student can submit a transfer request to a school in the new city, along with the required documents proving the relocation. The student will be notified if they are accepted

 Yes, students will be notified via SMS if there are no vacant seats available.

Yes, this is possible directly through the registration system, provided all the required documents for the change are available. However, the student cannot finalize their preferences for the program until the application period is off.

Yes, the student can submit an apology request for the Mawhiba Classes Program directly through the registration system. During the registration period, the apology request can be withdrawn by re-accessing the registration system and completing the preferences arrangement before the specified closing date.
