​Introduction

 

Mawhiba Skills Enrichment Program focuses on building high school students’ personal and professional skills. Teaching methods in this program are diverse and exciting, some lessons will be taught using a book and a board while others will include games, contests and team activities! In other words, these classes are entertaining and informative. The program aims to help students become active members in their fields of interest, with strong, confident, and focused mindset that will help them contribute in the development of their communities.

The program focuses on 11 personal skills:

  •  Leadership.

  • Adjustment.
  • Self-Confidence.
  • Creative Thinking.
  • Mind Mapping.
  • Brainstorming.
  • Managing Stress and Work Pressure.
  • Elocution and Body Language. ​




 

​Program Goals

  1. Students will develop personal and professional skills alongside their peers.

  2. Creating a safe space for students to practice and learn more about themselves and others. 

  3. acquiring and developing skills through activities that are fun and challenging.

  4. Helping students realize their strengths, weaknesses and how they can improve both aspects.


 


 

Program duration

6 weeks, every Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.


 

Nomination Criteria

  1. 1410 or higher for the year 2020 on Mawhiba Multiple Cognitive Aptitude Test (MMCAT).

  2. 665 or higher for the years 2018 and 2019 on Mawhiba Multiple Cognitive Aptitude Test (MMCAT).

  3.  The student is in the 10th or 11th grades.

  4. The program is only available in the following cities:

  • ​Riyadh

  • Jeddah

  • Dammam

  • Al-Khobar​

  • Dahran

  • Mekkah
