Saudi Arabia Wins A Bronze Medal at Asian Physics Olympiad

In the First Saudi, Gulf and Arab Achievement

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by King Abdulaziz & his Companions Foundation for Giftedness & Creativity “Mawhiba”, has achieved the first Saudi, Gulf and Arab achievement by winning a bronze medal in the Asian Physics Olympiad currently held in Australia.

The bronze medal was awarded to Yazen Al-Majnouni among more than 200 students from 27 countries.


His Excellency Dr. Saud Al-Muthami, Secretary-General of Mawhiba Foundation, warmly congratulated the leadership and the nation on achieving the first Saudi, Gulf and Arab achievement by winning the bronze medal in the Asian Physics Olympiad currently held in Australia.​

This is the eighth participation of the Kingdom in the Asian Physics Olympiad, where the Saudi team received certificates of appreciation in previous posts.
