Admission requirements
The student must be Saudi and have a national identity.
The student must have unconditional-admission to a distinguished university.
The university must be one of
the top 50 accredited universities
in the world.
The university must be in one of the accredited countries (USA, UK, and Germany).
The major must be within the specific majors (Medicine, Engineering, Science, Technology, Human Science and Administration).
The student must be a secondary school graduate for the current year 1441-
1442
H or last year 1440-
1441H.
The student must have a grade of not less than 80 in the General Aptitude Test, and the academic grade must not be less than 90% from the third intermediate grade to the first secondary grade.
Approval of the female student's parents to send her abroad as well as the presence of the guardian accompanying her until the end of her scholarship.
Fulfilling all admission requirements in the registration form.
Important:
Registration does not mean you are admitted into the scholarship. The selection will be among all applicants accordingly.
Any application that violates any of the conditions will not be considered.
The program does not include language study, preparatory year or conditional admission (except for the preparatory year at some UK universities that require a preparatory year).
No application will be considered unless the student has unconditional admission to a targeted university.
The student admitted to the scholarship is subject to the policies of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for Scholarship.
The student admitted to the scholarship is not associated with a job after graduation.

The scholarship programs of the Ministry of Education for this year 2020 were not approved.
