This related to the arbitration of scientific
projects (researches) registered to participate in the National Olympiad for
Scientific Creativity "Ibdaa" by experts, specialists or volunteer
academics in the same field of the project, and then evaluated according to
specific scientific or engineering evaluation criteria.
